Elementary Years

The elementary division is 14 classes which is comprised of 4 “families of classes” which are called “PODS”.

Teachers have one or more specialty qualifications in either music, art, drama or dance. Students then rotate through each of the teachers in their POD to receive skill development in each area. In addition to rotating through the Arts, students receive choral instruction.

Secondary Years

Students in our KSA high school program are asked to choose which of the Arts in which they would like to Major. Again their choices are from music, art, drama, and dance. A fifth Major, media arts, added in grade 10. The overall structure of the school timetable is based on 2 semesters, however, students' Major classes run on alternating days throughout the year to ensure a year-long experience.
