Volunteer / Get Involved

Would you like to volunteer at Kamloops School of the Arts? Applicants welcomed!!! Please complete the Volunteer Interest form and email to Jane Viventi. You will also need to complete a Criminal Record Check - Organization’s Access Code: E3CUKTBWUW .  We have been notified by the Province of BC that as of August 19, 2024 manual criminal record checks will no longer be accepted. We thank you for your interest in supporting our students and school.

There are several factors that may influence one’s ability to use this service, including: 

• Using a browser other than Internet Explorer
• Using a tablet or mobile device – the eCRC must be done on a desktop or laptop
• Incorrect answers for the four Electronic Identity Verification questions
• "Share the result of a Completed Criminal Record Check" is selected instead of "Request a New Criminal Record Check"
• The individual has not lived in Canada for a minimum of two (2) years
• The individual is not 19 years old and/or does not have at least six (6) months of credit history
• The individual has attempted the eCRC more than twice in 24 hours (the system locks an applicant out after two failed attempts and they must wait 72 hours before trying again)
